HDR is looking for an Interior Design Coordinator to join our Architecture practice in our Glen Allen, Virginia office. This position is designed for advancement and ideal for someone looking to obtain and working towards their NCIDQ certification.

In the role of an Interior Design Coordinator, we'll rely on you to:

  • Demonstrate solid design thinking and have a strong knowledge of design fundamentals. 
  • Possess good oral and written communication skills. 
  • Possess the ability to clearly present and explain design concepts to supervisors and peers. 
  • Take direction from others and maintain a positive attitude. 
  • Be a self-starter and team player.
  • Have a strong desire to learn about and to progress through the interior design profession.
  • Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, the Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp/Rhino (or similar), Bluebeam and Microsoft Office is required.
