Project Analyst Internship

Southwest Solutions Group is seeking an intern for the summer of 2024 to join our team. The internship is for twelve weeks (40-hours per week). This internship will primarily focus on working with our software technicians on projects.

Location: Lewisville, TX, Hybrid, May 20th-August 9th 2024

Pay: $15/hr

Requirements:

  • Going into sophomore, junior, or senior year
  • Manufacturing or Industrial Engineer, General Business degree plan
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Analytical abilities, including lookup and logic functions with Excel – SQL experience, would be a plus.
  • Strong computer skills. MS Office
  • Communication skills – ability to articulate a strategy and communicate to senior internal stakeholders, speaking directly with customers.
  • Leadership skills – ability to coordinate the efforts of multiple individuals across various sites and functions.

 

Duties will include:

  • Shadow Techs PM calls on Job sites, overnight travel possible.
  • Create training and short educational courses.
  • Provide quotes and follow up on software support agreements.
  • Provide help desk support for our customers offer basic troubleshooting resolutions.
  • Work on projects analyzing and integrating business systems.
  • Working on department process improvements
