Senior Project Manager (Architect)

We are currently seeking a Senior Architect with a strong background in retail or commercial architecture to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a graduate architect with proficiency in design software, CAD, and Photoshop. The ability to effectively communicate design ideas and collaborate with clients and team members is essential. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs and plans for retail and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Utilize design software, CAD, and Photoshop to create detailed drawings and renderings.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.
• Conduct site visits and inspections as needed to ensure quality and compliance with design standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a project manager in the architectural industry, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Professional licensure (e.g., Registered Architect) is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in project management software tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
