Radioactive Material Packaging R&D
The graduate fellow will support the Unconventional Radioactive Material Packaging scope. This position will support R&D, and potential testing of package designs that are of unconventional to traditional norms. This includes different geometric shapes, materials and sizes.
Preferred Education and Skills:
- Applicant obtaining or already obtained a Master's degree or higher in Mechanical, Chemical, Material Science or Nuclear Engineering
- 3D CAD modeling (CREO preferred)
- experience in modeling and simulation
- finite element analysis.
