Job Title: Design Technician II 

Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company

Duration: 2 Years

Location: Lafayette, Colorado 80026

Working Shift: 1st Shift

Technical Skills:

Must Have:

  • Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Prepare project plans and progress reports
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Report Writing
  • Test set-up and execution

Nice To Have:

  • Experience with automated testing environments (e.g., LabVIEW, Visual Studio, Ranorex)
  • Experience with solid modeling software (e.g., Pro/Engineer, SolidWorks)

Job Description:

  • Ability to create prototypes using various tools like 3D printing, CNC machining, etc.
  • Experience with mechanical testing methods and equipment for evaluating prototype performance
  • Strong problem-solving skills for mechanical issues
  • Effective documentation skills for maintaining accurate records
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Precision, attention to detail, and adaptability
  • Exposure to CAD software and FEA software
  • Adherence to safety protocols and ethical conduct
