Location: Round Rock, Texas Employment Type: Part-Time, 15-25 hours per week Work Model: Onsite

About the Role We're looking for a Sales Associate to join our clothing store team in Round Rock. You'll be on the floor helping customers find what they're looking for, keeping the store looking its best, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. It's a hands-on role with real variety day to day.

What you'll do - Greet customers and assist them in finding clothing and accessories that fit their needs and style - Operate the cash register — process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately - Restock and maintain organized, visually appealing displays on the floor - Support inventory counts and help receive new shipments - Keep the fitting rooms tidy and monitor stock levels throughout the shift - Answer product questions and share honest recommendations

About you - Comfortable working directly with customers in a retail environment - Reliable, punctual, and able to work a consistent part-time schedule including weekends - Good communicator — friendly without being pushy - Some prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required - Genuine interest in fashion or apparel is a bonus.

Nice to have - Experience with a POS system - Familiarity with visual merchandising basics - Background in fashion, retail, or a related field of study
