Cash/Investment Management Specialist - Assistant Director Cash Management

Summary of Job Duties:
The Cash/Investment Management Specialist is responsible for daily monitoring and posting of accounts receivable, as well as reconciling multiple ledgers and bank accounts. Additionally, the specialist processes stop payments with the bank and oversees daily error resolution and check clearing processes.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
Minimum Qualifications:
The formal education equivalent of a bachelor's degree in general business, finance, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Accounting/bookkeeping experience
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
Banking experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of bookkeeping principles
Knowledge of software applications
Knowledge of customer service techniques
Ability to comprehend and assimilate technical and business-related documents
Ability to apply policies and procedures and other applicable regulations associated with assigned department or program
Ability to conduct research, perform quantitative quality assurance reviews, and prepare reports
Ability to communicate clearly across multiple in person and electronic channels
Salary Information:
