Established in 2014, NPT HealthWorks believes in working both reactively (treating existing pain and injuries), and, proactively through injury prevention and performance-enhancing programs with a focus on pliability, functional mobility, and total body healthcare. Job Summary:

• Evaluate clients with a variety of diagnoses/personal goals and establish/implement effective treatment and/or training plans
• Performs therapeutic interventions with a concentration in manual therapy, exercise prescription, and home exercise planning 
• Establishes relationships with clients through effective email, phone, and in-person communication and follow-up 
• Demonstrates outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate with physicians and other community partners as well as team members 
• Consistently contributes positively to team culture based on company core values
• Self-motivated and driven to engage in community connections and collaboration to help build client caseload  
• Attends and initiates additional community events such as road races, speaker series, and educational opportunities over course of the year 
• Accurately documents and submits monthly reports to the clinical director 
• Engages in continuing education in accordance with RI Licensure requirements and in order to provide the most optimal level of care

Qualifications / Skills

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Rhode Island, or pending licensure 
• Outgoing personality with the ability to connect with clients and deliver a “WOW” experience 
• Must have an excellent understanding of NPT HealthWorks core values and mission.
• The desire and drive to work in a fast-paced, industry leading, and dynamic environment
