About the Role

We are seeking experienced tax preparers with active EFINs to join our service bureau for the upcoming 2026 tax season. This is a 1099 independent contractor position — you keep 100% of your prep fees while we provide software, bank products, and marketing/training support.

Our mission is to empower tax professionals to grow their business without the overhead and stress of managing technology or support. You bring your clients — we provide the infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and e-file federal & state returns for your clients
• Manage your own book of business (individual & business returns welcome)
• Stay compliant with IRS and state guidelines
• Deliver exceptional client service — we handle the back-office support so you can focus on clients

Requirements

• Active EFIN (required)
• Current PTIN (required)
• Minimum 3+ years' experience preparing taxes
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws
• Professionalism and ability to work independently

Compensation

100% of client fees + optional bank product rebates.
Example: Prepare 400 returns at $500 average fee →over $100,000 in revenue — all yours.
